Slipknot’s 1995 Demo Finally Available To The Masses

by Seneca / Saturday, 01 February 2020 / Published in News

After a recent flood of Youtube uploads and takedowns, Slipknot‘s 1995 demo has been making some unexpected waves. The release contains 4 songs including a demo for “Tattered & Torn” which would later appear on “Mate.Feed.Kill.Repeat” as well as their Self-Titled album. Fans of the formers funk-oriented track “Do Nothing/Bitchslap” should definitely check out the last song “Part of Me”; a song originally meant to be on M.F.K.R. but was apparently cut at the last minute.

Along with the sound, the line up at this time was also much different consisting of

Anders Colsefini-Vocals

Paul Gray (R.I.P)-Bass

Joey Jordison-Drums

Josh Brainard-Rhythm Guitar

Donnie Steele-Lead Guitar

Shawn “Clown” Crahan-Percussion/Back-Up Vocals
