Mongolian folk metal stars The HU have released the official music video for their new single “Grey Hun,” offering another preview of the band’s upcoming album, ‘Hun’.
Directed by Dashdondog Bayarmagnai, the video arrives ahead of the album’s July 24 release through Better Noise Music.
Speaking about the inspiration behind the song, band member Enkhsaikhan “Enkush” Batjargal explained:
“‘Grey Hun’ is a song that encourages everyone to be comfortable with just being themselves. It started with composing the riff as I imagined a man riding his horse through a vast landscape. From there, it took a while for us to finish the song because we wanted to make sure to clearly communicate the positive message of the song.”
Following the release of ‘Hun’, The HU will head out on an extensive run of international tour dates, including a U.S. tour supporting Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson, along with a European and UK trek alongside SKÁLD.
