Vended have just dropped “Serenity” as the fourth advance single from their highly anticipated self-titled debut album. The studio version of the track has officially hit the airwaves, though it’s already been a staple in the band’s live sets. The music video, directed by Derek Rathbun, adds a fresh visual layer to the track’s intense energy.
With their roots deeply entwined in the world of metal thanks to their Slipknot connections, Vended has gotten a head start in the scene. Vocalist Griffin Taylor, the son of Slipknot’s Corey Taylor, and drummer Simon Crahan, offspring of Slipknot’s M. Shawn “Clown” Crahan, bring a powerful legacy to the group. They’re joined by guitarists Cole Epseland and Connor Grodzicki, and bassist Jeremiah Pugh. The debut album, featuring 13 tracks, is set to drop on September 20th.
