Linkin Park vocalist Emily Armstrong has discussed the self-doubt she experienced before joining the band and performing songs originally made famous by Chester Bennington. In a new interview with People, Armstrong explained why she chose to focus on preserving the emotional impact of the band’s music rather than attempting to imitate Bennington, whom she described as irreplaceable. Her journey is also explored in the band’s new live film and documentary, ‘UNSHATTER’.
